Heartland Labor was created to fill the need for temporary work in the Fargo-Moorhead area and help pair workers with companies needing to fill short-term positions. We are a daily temporary agency that specializes in light industrial and general labor. Heartland Labor was opened in the spring of 2009 by Darren Watson and has been providing help to Fargo-Moorhead and the surrounding communities ever since.A locally owned and operated business, Heartland Labor strives to find the best possible candidates for businesses in need of help every day.

We provide quality workers to a variety of business types across the area. Most of our positions are within 75 miles of the Fargo – Moorhead area. Whether a customer needs help for 4 hours or on a long term basis we are here to help.
